This workshop will be interactive with other participants through small and large group discussions. Information and skills sets will be provided to help us in our personal and professional lives when meeting and working with people from many locations in the diaspora of gender, Identity and cultural norms.

Each participant will be asked to Identify their primary Identity markers and how they feel those represent them. Concepts to be reflected on; What is the difference between being tolerant and accepting? What are gender norms? How does race impact representation? Do I need to accept difference to fight for equity?
