There comes a time when we must learn to gather our scattered thoughts and center our energies, get in touch with the deeper rhythm within ourselves, and become more intimately linked with our personal growth and development.

Like a cup of dark tea, where adding one drop of clear water will do little to change either its color or taste, so it is that once the events of our lives have been poured into our experience, small effort will have little effect on transforming our subconscious habits.

If however, we continue to add clear water to the cup of tea, both the flavor and color will be altered.  Indeed, little by little, with accumulated effort, drop by drop, you can change the emotional content of your life and ultimately share your authentic self with the world around you.

Let Vincent Fung further illustrate self-inquiry through the experience of Gong Fu Cha (A traditional Chinese tea practice).
