Attention Dynamics® teaches you how to get out of the part of your mind that holds you back and into the part that creates transformation. In AWAKEN THE UNTAPPED MIND you will learn to navigate your inner presence in a tangible way so you can consciously choose your emotional state, invite close connections, and regulate your boundaries with others in ways that are specific, effective, and sensately real. You will practice direct, effective ways to sense the subtle dynamics of awareness and attention, both within yourself and in others, through well-illustrated exercises that lead to precise and solidly repeatable skills.

Discover the anatomy of your mind, and how to gain direct access to your attention, creativity, and intuition for self-healing, personal development and relationship building. Learn how to access your inner resources easily and powerfully, distilling intuitive gifts you already have into focused competencies that you can master and use again and again.

Glenn Hartelius, PhD, is working to bring daily life experience and neuroscience closer together. His powerful new model of what attention is and how to manage it within oneself has already simplified complex skills such as meditation, sustained focus, and leadership presence. He serves as Associate Professor at CIIS, and edits the International Journal of Transpersonal Studies, a peer-reviewed academic journal. He is also co-editor of The Wiley-Blackwell Handbook of Transpersonal Psychology, Secretary of the International Transpersonal Association, and a Director of ITA Professional. His research on the definition and scope of transpersonal psychology has helped to define the field. He has also taught at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (now Sofia University), Naropa University, Saybrook University, and Middlesex University in the U.K.

Michaela Aizer, CCHT, has been a transformative educational activist for more than 30 years as a counselor, teacher, public speaker, organizer, and mentor. She has worked with thousands of clients and students, sharing her lifelong commitment to personal transformation with a focus on authentic communication, respect for individual worldviews, and celebration of community as a creative and healing force. She works with Glenn Hartelius to develop Attention Dynamics, and through this template she teaches how to transform empathic experiences of "merged" intuitive "hits" into a navigable somatic presence setting a new bar for communication, touch, and professional ethics.
