Completing the MA program in Transformative Leadership at CIIS was truly transformational. To say that it changed my life is an understatement. As Editor of Integral Leadership Review and a PhD student in Organizational Leadership and Transformation, I can also say there is nothing else like it. This is not a program for the faint of heart. Academically rigorous, as well as deeply experiential, it is a program for change agents willing to do the work, both internally and externally, to be able to honor and embody new ways of being, knowing, doing and relating.
