This course introduces the concepts of pharmaceutical treatment, including the mechanism and kinetics of drug action and an overview of major drug categories. Common medications are discussed, including their pharmaceutical names, actions, indications, side effects, and potential adverse reactions and interactions with herbs. Prerequisite: ACM6241. ACM 6241
