Our lives may be determined less by past events than by the way we remember them. You are invited on an inner adventure, a journey of discovery and re-visioning through focused journaling. Throughout the sessions, you will be guided through focused journaling exercises designed to facilitate healing and transformation from within. Remembering our story through focused journaling enables us to make meaning out of memory and to put the past in perspective. Healing then takes place, one individual, one tribe, at a time.
