Career Development & Field Placement Services identifies practicum and internship sites for the School of Professional Psychology (both masters and doctoral programs) leading toward licensure and finds training sites that satisfy both academic program requirements and students’ individual educational needs. The staff supports students in the process of career exploration and decision making, helping them to identify field placements and employment opportunities that are appropriate to their academic program, level of experience, training, theoretical orientation, goals and interests. The office is expanding to assist students in the School of Consciousness and Transformation with career development and internship opportunities.

Several handouts developed by the Career Development and Field Placement Office are available to assist students
in their job search. The Resume and Curriculum
Vita Guide helps students design resumes
and cover letters, and provides samples
of different resumes, cover letters and
CV's. The Interview Guide includes sample
interview questions, and suggestions on
effective preparation for fieldwork or job
interviews.
