Navigating Your Journey of Life

Prasad Vepa

This interactive workshop begins with a reexamination of our central assumptions about life and happiness through the lens of Vedanta, an inquiry into the nature of reality and the essence of Indian philosophy. Participants are asked to ponder and share their answers to four central questions of living: Who am I? What is my purpose? How should I relate to others? How should I act?

Drawing from his experience over the past 40 years as a corporate executive, management consultant, advisor, parent, and grandparent, Prasad Vepa shows how Vedanta can be applied when dealing with the constant, competing, and conflicting demands of living. This is a creative and compelling workshop that shows you how to construct your own keel, hull, sail, and rudder for navigating effectively through the choppy waters of life.

Prasad Vepa has a degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and a master’s in Political Science. He has worked for the Indian government as well as major Silicon Valley companies. Having studied Vedanta for many years, he teaches classes, writes articles, and gives lectures on the subject. He and his wife have lived in the South Bay since 1976.
