Dana Lynne Andersen, founder of Awakening Arts Institute and Global Artists Network, is an advocate of the power of art to shift consciousness within the psyche of the individual and of the collective. A multimedia artist, writer, playwright, and teacher, Andersen is a pioneer in the use of art and creativity as vehicles for transformation, and has offered her acclaimed programs at schools, universities, conferences, and art and civic centers. She has also been both artist-in-residence and gallery director for the Northern California Center for the Arts and for The Institute of Noetic Sciences. Zeitgeist explores the role of art as a catalyst of evolution and as a conduit of revelation. The exhibit's reception on September 8 will feature a premier performance piece, "Song of Creation," comprised of original music, dance, poetry, and imagery.

Please note: In a special collaboration, additional artwork from Zeitgeist will be exhibited by: Institute of Noetic Sciences
