Be sure to register early! Many of our courses have limited space. Once you have registered, we will mail you a confirmation packet. If you have not received a letter prior to the first class meeting, please call our office at 415.575.6175 to confirm your enrollment.

If space allows, registrations will be accepted at the door. CIIS reserves the right to cancel events or change workshop or course locations, schedules, fees, or instructors, if necessary.

Course Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel:
• 30 days or more before a course—Your fee will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee, or you may apply the amount paid to another program(s) with no penalty.
• Less than 30 days before a course—You will receive a credit voucher, minus a $25 processing fee, which may be applied to another program(s) within one (1) year of the date of issue.
• No refunds will be issued if you cancel less than 30 days before your program date.
