Integral Transformative Practice or ITP is a pioneering program
for transforming body, mind, and spirit through comprehensive
long-term practice. According to philosopher Ken Wilber, "significant
research indicates that ITP is the most powerful growth technique
in existence."
In this workshop participants will learn ITP's core practices
from renowned author and speaker George Leonard, including:
the Kata (a nonstrenuous set of movements developed from aikido
and yoga); affirmations; meditation; and the Leonard Energy
Training (LET), a transformational practice inspired by aikido.
| George Leonard is
a pioneer in the field of human potential. He
is the author of 12 books, including The Life
We Are Given. Leonard holds a fifth-degree
black belt in aikido, is the founder of the Leonard
Energy Training (LET), and currently serves as
the president of Esalen Institute.
Barry Robbins has led the Mill
Valley Integral Transformative Practice group
for eight years. He is a certified teacher in
the Leonard Energy Training (LET) and a staff
teacher at Esalen Institute.
Jonathan Gustin, MFT, is the
founder of San Francisco Integral Transformative
Practice (ITP) and teaches ITP at Kaiser Permanente
as a way to treat physical and psychological illnesses.
Jonathan is a psychotherapist and founder of Green
Sangha, an integral activist organization.
