REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Be sure to register early! Many of our workshops sell out.
Once you have registered, we will mail you a confirmation
packet. If you have not received a confirmation letter prior
to the first class meeting, please call our office to confirm
your enrollment. If space allows, registrations will be accepted
at the door. CIIS reserves the right to cancel programs or
change program locations, schedules, fees, or instructors,
if necessary.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts apply to workshops only, unless otherwise noted.
10% DISCOUNT
The following public registrants are eligible for a 10% discount
on applicable workshops:
- CIIS affiliates (alumni, faculty, and staff)
- Groups of three (3) or more. All participants must register
simultaneously.
- Seniors aged 65 and over
- All CIIS students
- All Integrated Yoga Studies Certificate students
DISCOUNT EXCLUSIONS
Not all workshops offer discounted rates. Please check the
registration form or call 415.575.6175 to confirm any discounts
for a workshop. Discounts exclude all individual performances
or lectures. Discounts are not combinable.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If you cancel 30 days or more before a program, your fee will
be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee, or you may apply
the amount paid to another program(s) with no penalty. If
you cancel less than 30 days before a program, you will receive
a credit voucher, minus a $25 processing fee, which may be
applied to another program(s) within one (1) year of the date
of issue. No refunds will be issued if you cancel less than
30 days prior to the program date. No refunds will be issued
once program has begun. Tickets for individual lectures or
performances are nonrefundable.
CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs) Lifelong Learning
programs meet continuing education unit licensure renewal
requirements for California-licensed psychologists, MFTs,
LCSWs (BBS provider #PCE 652), and registered nurses (BRN
provider #02523). More information.
To receive credit:
CEU-eligible participants must attend the entire course to
receive CEUs. No partial credit will be granted. Licensed
professionals must identify their clinical status by supplying
the Institute with their license number. Certificates will
be distributed at the end of each workshop.

Students interested in earning academic credit for workshops
