ACUPRESSURE'S POTENT
POINTS WITH YOGA

Michael Reed Gach, Ph.D.

In this workshop, you experience the various forms of acupressure, including Acu-Yoga—developed by instructor Michael Reed Gach—and chi gong breathing exercises, which relieve shoulder tension, headaches, anxiety, insomnia, ankle sprains, carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist pain, backache, stiff neck, and chronic fatigue. You also learn Yoga Therapy, somatic self-care applications, and the point locations for relieving common ailments.

A leader in complementary health, Michael will introduce you to educational resources and career opportunities that will allow you to take your acupressure and yoga practices further both professionally and personally.

Michael Reed Gach, Ph.D., founder of the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, has used acupressure for more than 30 years. His how-to books and instructional videotapes have brought healing techniques and insights to people worldwide. Michael is the author of Acupressure's Potent Points; Acupressure for Lovers; The Bum Back Book; Greater Energy; Arthritis Relief at Your Fingertips; and Acu-Yoga. Gach's new book, Acupressure for Emotional Healing, will be published November 2004.
