| Services Offered To: Individuals Couples Families Groups About the Counselors The Integral Counseling Centers multicultural staff are graduate marriage and family (MFT) interns (post degree) and trainees of the Integral Counseling Psychology program at California Institute of Integral Studies. Each is carefully selected for his or her sensitivity, compassion, skill level, and commitment to service. Consequent consideration is given to sensitive matching of client and therapist. Many of the therapists speak other languages, most frequently Spanish, but often a staff member may speak French, Chinese, Turkish, Hebrew, Tagalog, or Polish. Advanced interns and trainees spend from 15 to 20 hours a week at the center, and their work with clients is closely supervised by licensed psychotherapists. The Integral Counseling Center adheres to the licensing laws of the state of California and the ethical practices of relevant professional organizations. Our Community A part of CIIS and the Bay Area mental health community, the Integral Counseling Center provides reliable, caring counseling services to people of all ages, economic and ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientations, and spiritual traditions, as well as atheists, agnostics, and those who do not consider themselves part of any spiritual or religious group.
