Fred M. Lang, (PhD, ‘00), moved to Virginia and found his soul mate, Susan Baker, who he married in 2003. In October 2004, Fred was appointed as the Director, Office of Training and Knowledge Management, Office of the Secretary, for the U.S. Department of Commerce in Washington D.C. In 2006, he published the guide How to Teach in the Virtual Classroom. Fred now teaches in the doctoral program for a major online university. After living on the west coast for a large part of his life, it is a new adventure to live on the east coast.
