Direct Deposit Authorization Form

Students can request to have the Business Office deposit any balances from their financial aid directly into their checking account. Information about Disbursement Dates for 2008-2009:

Typically, federal Stafford student loans are scheduled to be disbursed by lenders approximately 3 days after the end of add/drop each semester. (Grad Plus and private loans are scheduled to be disbursed one week later.)

When the loans are received by CIIS, it takes 2 to 3 days to verify enrollment and eligibility for the loans.

If you are expecting funds back from your loans (after the Business Office deducts tuition and fees), checks are scheduled to be available as follows:

Fall 2008: Thursday, September 11, 2008
Spring 2009: Thursday, February 12, 2009
Summer 2009: Thursday, June 18, 2009
