Susan Corcoran Christy, Ph.D., 1994, is a CIIS trustee. She is a consultant and trainer whose clients include major corporations, colleges, universities, and nonprofit organizations. As a professional speaker and TV talk-show host, she speaks about psychology, business, team building, and empowerment.

Michael Riera, Ph.D., 1993, is dean of students at Marin Academy in California. His books include: Uncommon Sense for Parents with Teenagers, Surviving High School, and The Complete Idiot's Guide to a Well-Behaved Child. Some of his work can be seen at www.parentsplace.com.
