In this one hour session, you will have an opportunity to get out of your head and into your body by experiencing some basic yoga poses that have applications for those dealing with medical and psychological conditions or work with those that do. More and more research is demonstrating the benefits of yoga practices for a wide range of conditions, from heart disease to depression.
