CIIS Travel Program Policies and Procedures

General Information--Terms and Conditions.

Please read before registering.

The tour price is $1,600 for double occupancy. ange. Registration for the tour must be accompanied by a non-refundable $250.00 deposit. You may pay by check (made payable to CIIS). Visa . The first payment of $675.00 is due on August 30, 2013 and the balance of $675.00 is due by September 30, 2013.

Cost of tour is based on double occupancy. All accommodations for six nights, ground transportation in Oaxaca, daily breakfasts, two lunches and two dinners; in Oaxaca, entrance fees, and gratuities to hotel staff, waiters, drivers and guides.  A single supplement option is available for an additional fee of $200.00.   The tour price does not include airfare, airport transfer, and optional travel insurance (recommended).

Cancellation: CIIS reserves the right to cancel any travel tour due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstance beyond our control, in which all registration fees are returned. CIIS is not responsible for nonrefundable air tickets or any other fees paid that are not included in the cost of the tour.

Physical Fitness and ability: Participants must be able to keep up with the pace of the group and walk unassisted over uneven surfaces.

You must be at least 19 years of age to participate.

CIIS reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour should the person’s health, actions or general deportment impede the operation of the tour and it is determined by CIIS that such action is in the best interest of the safety and welfare of the other participants.

Cancellation charges.

September 13, 2013 75 % refund, except for non-refundable deposit

September 19, 2013 25% refund, except for non-refundable deposit

There are no refunds after September 29, 2013

Responsibility: The responsibility of CIIS is strictly limited. CIIS acts only as agent for the supplier in all matters connected with hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours, and transportation. The suppliers providing travel services for CIIS are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of CIIS. CIIS will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or inconvenience caused by strike, war, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, or any other act beyond our reasonable control. CIIS reserves the right to withdraw any tour package at any time and to make such changes and alterations as necessary when consistent with the best interests of the tour.

 

Itinerary is subject to change as deemed necessary by local conditions and other unforeseen events beyond our control.
