Wholeness and Its Unique Expressions

MARCH 6 - March 8, 2015

About the Conference
The theme of the 2015 conference is Wholeness and Its Unique Expressions.  For many of us, realizing the undivided Ground of Being is just the beginning on the path of awakening.  As we rest ever more deeply in True Nature, the individual expression of our human life becomes liberated.   Without a need to defend an imaginary separate self, life can move freely through us in a spontaneous and authentic way.  While it may seem like a paradox to the mind, the more fully we open to the Wholeness that we all share, the more the unique expressions of our humanity can come alive.

Together we will explore this creative process in ourselves and our clients.  Through presentations, case studies, and discussions, we will examine the ways that Awakening allows essential and archetypal energies to uniquely come forward in each of us, and the joy and surprises that come from living and working from this truly authentic place.  We will look at how therapy changes as the therapist's human expression becomes free, and the way in which this freedom can invite forward the authentic expressions of each of our clients.

History of the Conference
The first Conference on Nondual Wisdom and Psychotherapy was held in 1998 at the Mt. Madonna Center in Watsonville, California, and was hosted by The Center For Timeless Wisdom, a non-profit organization established by Peter Fenner, Ph.D. Subsequent conferences have been held annually since 2000 in the San Francisco Bay Area including ones hosted by the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, John F. Kennedy University, and California Institute of Integral Studies.

Who can Attend?
Anyone is welcome to attend. While the conference presentations are geared towards the theory and practice of psychotherapy and are available to be taken for continuing education units, they are accessible to the interested public. Many graduate students and psychology interns attend along with licensed psychotherapists. Clergy, bodyworkers, and students of nondual teachings will also find the presentations of special interest.

CEs (MFT, LCSW, RN) are available for those attending the full conference.
