Rob Fisher, MFT, Co-Developer and Lead Instructor of the Certificate Program in Mindfulness and Compassion for Psychotherapists, is a psychotherapist, consultant and CAMFT certified supervisor in private practice in Mill Valley. He is an adjunct professor at JFK University and at CIIS. He is a Hakomi Trainer who teaches Hakomi Experiential Psychotherapy internationally. He is the author of Experiential Psychotherapy with Couples, A Guide for the Creative Pragmatist, published by Zeig/Tucker, in addition to numerous articles published in the US and abroad. He has been a Master and Peer Presenter at annual CAMFT Conferences, the USABP Conference and Psychotherapy Networker Conference.
Ken Bradford, PhD, Adjunct professor at John F. Kennedy University and a psychologist in private practice, specializing in Contemplative and Existentially-informed psychotherapy.

Richard A. Heckler, PhD has been a professor of counseling psychology and a teacher of somatic and buddhist-oriented psychotherapy for over 25 years. Richard is also an author and professional photographer.

Lori Schwanbeck, MA, MFT, is a mindfulness-based psychotherapist and teacher intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and is certified in Hakomi Body Oriented Psychotherapy.
Meg H. Chang, Ed.D., BC-DMT, LCAT, NCC is a licensed dance/movement therapist who has engaged in ground-breaking work with mindfulness and MBSR in the Massachusetts Department of Corrections Prison Project, and the Center for Comprehensive Care, St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. As core faculty in the Somatic Psychology Program at the California Institute of Integral Studies, her current research is in nonverbal communication for care-givers of people with dementia.

Jennifer Berezan, MA, is a unique blend of singer/songwriter, teacher, and activist. Over the course of eight albums, she has developed and explored recurring themes with a rare wisdom. Her lifelong involvement in environmental, women's, and other justice movements as well as an interest in Buddhism and earth-based spirituality are at the heart of her writing.

Steven Tierney EdD,CAS, is a professor of Counseling Psychology and Chair of the Community Mental Health at CIIS. He is the co-founder of the San Francisco Mindfulness Foundation and has conducted workshops on Mindfulness & Recovery for more than ten years. He is a certified addiction specialist. Tierney is currently the President of the San Francisco Health Commission.

Kelly Werner, Ph.D., a licensed clinical psychologist who completed her studies at U.C. Berkeley and Stanford University, utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfuless practices to treat adults with psychopathology.

Larry Yang, LCSW, MSW, MFA is trained as psychotherapist specializing in multicultural populations, and is also a Spirit Rock Dharma Teacher who provides focused teachings to multicultural communities.
