ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Often unmanaged emotional habits and attachments-especially around food, work, and relationships-prevent us from experiencing the true love and peace that we yearn for. Bhakti yoga (transforming emotion into devotion) and mantra yoga (chanting and repetition of mantras) are approaches to divine love for people of all cultural, religious, and non-religious backgrounds.
In this workshop we will explore how bhakti yoga, mantra yoga, and positive thinking tools can transform our self-destructive and addictive minds into sanity, peace, and enjoyment of life. We will learn how to strengthen our personal connection to the ultimate healing power through the practices of kirtan, mantras, prayers, inner attitude, and self-surrender.
