Three great streams are coming together to create a new kind of economics, business, and life within organizations: 1) the widespread growth of consciousness studies, ageless wisdom teachings, and spiritual practices among diverse peoples in organizations; 2) the breakdown of the current economic system, and the bankruptcy of present business models and paradigms of wealth-as-money and endless growth-expansion as the formula for long-term survival; and 3) the emergence of new positive examples-businesses, organizations, and individuals operating from higher values and living as exemplars of the principle that "loving all the children of all species for all time" is the true foundation of sustainability and human flourishing.

This interactive seminar will explore these currents through personal stories, video, and reflective interchange. We will establish a platform with demonstrations of how participants can contribute (and how they already are contributing) to this confluence; be an integral part of the transformation of society, business, and organizations; and live a higher quality of life aligned with our true and best nature.
