Commencement

There is one Commencement ceremony each academic year.

All students who have successfully completed their degree requirements by the end of the spring semester are invited to participate in the Commencement ceremony.

The Dean of Students Office sends out information about Commencement to all students who have filed the graduation application with the Office of the Registrar, or who have already had thier degree conferred in the current school year.

This mailing occurs early in the spring semester and contains information about the Commencement ceremony, including the date, time, and location; and about ordering invitations, caps, gowns, and hoods.

Students who are anticipating participation in the ceremony should ensure that their contact information on file with the Registrar's Office is correct and up-to-date.
