MFA Experiential Info Session
Find out more in this interactive, hands-on experiential session. Join fellow writers and inter-artists for a taste of this unique MFA program that's:
- weekend intensive (for working adults)
- aggressively interdisciplinary and inter-arts
- activist and social justice-oriented, LGBTQ-friendly; multicultural and diversity perspectives are integrated into all classes
- in the heart of San Francisco (across the street from Twitter and the crossroads of SoMa/Midmarket and the Mission)
We're looking for a few exceptionally promising writers and inter-artists to join a new MFA cohort for an intensive two-year experience working on a significant project with one-on-one attention from our award-winning faculty and mentors.
The application fee will be waived for all participants in the experiential session.
To RSVP or for more information, call 415.575.6155 or email Pauline at firstname.lastname@example.org.
TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING
For transportation and parking information, please see the directions page. Parking around the Institute is limited; you'll find metered parking spots as well as pay-per-hour and daily-rate parking lots. We recommend that you take public transportation: The campus is located just a few short blocks from the Civic Center BART Station and the Van Ness MUNI station and is accessible via several bus lines (14, 47, and 49 buses, as well as the F Line, which runs along Market Street).
