Nicole Henares sometimes masquerades as a poet named Aurelia Lorca. She is currently working on her first novel, Six Cans A Minute, about the Cannery Row of her grandparents and Spanish immigration to the region in the twentieth century. She also is the co-editor of Lustre Magazine and Dangerous Hair Press, a student in CIIS's Writing and Consciousness MFA Program, and most proudly, a high school English teacher.
