ArtFlow Meditation

Join us for an evening of expressive arts, meditation and live music.

Meditation doesn't have to mean sitting alone in your room in front of your altar. There are many ways to realize liberation! We are offering a new experiential form of group meditation that deeply honors and welcomes the creative process (both individually and co-creatively) as part of the process of what Thomas Hubl refers to as "waking up in the marketplace"... by this we mean that spiritual practice can be more fully integrated into our lives and we are exploring this through these gatherings.

ArtFlow takes place in an art studio where you are free to sit, move, stretch, dance, paint, draw, knit, etc... Basically to immerse yourself in an activity that brings you into the present moment that maybe you have been doing alone but want to see how it will be to be part of a group intentional meditative process. You will have the opportunity to both have your individual process but be able to practice being around others that are doing their practices as well. Silence and/or very limited talking is encouraged in order to disengage with the thinking mind and to respect others in their process.

Still not sure what it will be like? Come and join us and help us co-create this space together.

Emily will be providing a mellow soundscape that incorporates a blend of her own live music & sounds, as well as putting together meditative music mixes that will create the backdrop for people to relax into their meditative ArtFlow form...

Karina will have various art and painting supplies available for those wishing to explore this form of meditative creative expression...

Any questions please email emilymaylewis@gmail.com or call Emily at 541.306.9588

We look forward to sharing ArtFlow with you!
