General Information--Terms and Conditions.
Please read before registering.
The tour price is $4275.50 plus tax/fuel surcharge of $714.50 (subject to change. Registration for the tour must be accompanied by a non-refundable $500 deposit. You may pay by check (made payable to Pacific Harbor Travel). Visa and MasterCard purchases will incur an additional 3.5% charge. The first payment of $2,245.00 is due on September 30, 2011 and the balance of $2,245 is due by November 15, 2011.
Cost of tour is based on double occupancy. All accommodations, ground transportation, airport transfers, domestic flights, entrance fees, and some meals are included in the price of tour. A single supplement option is available for $1050.00. Visas are required for all three countries and may be obtained at embassies or through Pacific Harbor Travel (additional fee applies). Enrollment deadline: You may register until November 1, 2011, provided there is space, and you pay the total amount.
Cancellation: CIIS reserves the right to cancel any travel tour due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstance beyond our control, in which all registration fees are returned. CIIS is not responsible for nonrefundable air tickets or any other fees paid that are not included in the cost of the tour. Travel insurance is recommended. Pacific Harbor Travel has an insurance package for $196.00 or $280.00 for those choosing the single supplement option..
Physical Fitness and ability: Participants must be able to keep up with the pace of the group and walk unassisted over uneven surfaces.
You must be at least 19 years of age to participate.
CIIS reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour should the person’s health, actions or general deportment impede the operation of the tour and it is determined by CIIS that such action is in the best interest of the safety and welfare of the other participants.

October 28, 2011 75 % refund, except for non-refundable deposit
November 11, 2011 50% refund, except for non-refundable deposit
November 25, 25% refund, except for non-refundable deposit
There are no refunds after November 25, 2011
Responsibility: The responsibility of CIIS is strictly limited. CIIS acts only as agent for the supplier in all matters connected with hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours, and transportation. The suppliers providing travel services for CIIS are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of CIIS. CIIS will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or inconvenience caused by strike, war, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, or any other act beyond our reasonable control. CIIS reserves the right to withdraw any tour package at any time and to make such changes and alterations as necessary when consistent with the best interests of the tour.
Itinerary is subject to change as deemed necessary by local conditions and other unforeseen events beyond our control.
