Apply to the Certificate in Sound, Voice, and Music Healing

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
The deadline to turn in your Application Form, admission essay, and deposit payment is Monday, September 10, 2012. Please refer to the Application Form for complete details. No previous experience in sound healing is required in order to apply to this program. However, we do require an admission essay to determine acceptance into the program. In a short essay, briefly describe your background, why you are interested in the Sound, Voice, and Music Healing certificate program, and what you hope to gain through your participation. Essays should be one to two pages typed, double-spaced, and submitted with your Application Form and deposit payment.
This certificate program is open only to U.S. citizens and permanent residents, and international students who are in the U.S. on a J-1 or F-1 visa from another institution and are eligible to take courses at CIIS. "International" describes anyone who will be the U.S. on a temporary, nonimmigrant visa.

Early-bird registration discount!
Apply by the dates below and receive a discount off of your deposit amount:
June 27 (Information Session #1)-$300
July 28 (Information Session #2)-$200
September 6 (Information Session #3)-$100

Regular Registration Deposit: $500
Total Registration Fee: $3,550

PAYMENT AND CANCELATION POLICIES 
After payment of the initial deposit of $500, payment of the remaining balance of $3,050 must be received by Monday, September 17, 2012, to secure your space in the program. Should you wish to cancel after the payment of the initial deposit, an amount of $250 will be deducted from your refund. No cancellations or withdrawals will be honored after Monday, September 24, 2012. An installment payment schedule is available on a limited basis for those who can show financial need. Guidelines for the Wang Scholarship
A limited number of $500 scholarship awards are available. To apply, please send a 1-2 page statement indicating what your financial situation is and why you need assistance. The statement is due by Wednesday, August 15, 2012. Recipients will be notified by Saturday, September 1, 2012. You may submit your statement along with your Application Form.
